The Jockeys and Employment Training Scheme (JETS) was set up in 1995 to provide career coaching for jockeys "who hold or who have held race riding licences in the UK and helps to equip jockeys who are no longer able to continue with their career in race riding".
The site provides information about the scheme, what if offers, who is eligible, job vacancies, success stories, FAQs, news items, achievement awards, information for employers and links to sites of related interest. The JETS Journal, a bimonthly newsletter, is available in PDF format which requires Adobe Acrobat software.
The site is aimed at jockeys, former jockeys and those involved in the horse racing industry.
