ESF Career Guidance - after the final whistle

When a sportsperson comes to plan their next career change a number of key issues need to be taken into account as everyone is totally different.

After all who are you, what can you do and what do you want to do? Maybe its a career in films like Vinny Jones? or the hot seat on Match of the Day in the media world? Or more likely is it to be landlord at a country pub or financial advisor to the thousands of local fans who chanted your name.

To be able to use ones name is a factor or just using ones nateral skills and ambition all need planning. The reality is that whatever you want to do you will need to plan and train to get ready for it, and we at ESF have a team of skilled experts and trainers to help you.

By grouping together the various sports associations can now access a skill bank and training function second to none, we can now offer detailed guidance in many more specialised fields.
